Our Services

  • A structured layer of builder gel is overlaid on your nails to provide strength and structure, this option is perfect for growing your natural nails out, and should give you up to 3-4 weeks of a manicure, provided you follow the aftercare instructions provided to you at your appointment. 


    A structured manicure is a better option for those of you with naturally thin or flexible nails that you struggle to grow, or if you have nails that extend more than 1mm from the end of your fingertips. Recommended service if you are wanting ongoing appointments with Nails in Bloom as this service can be infilled, and does not require removal every time. 


    Service is started with detailed cuticle prep then your natural nails are shaped and buffed. Structured gel base is applied followed by a gel colour polish in your choice and a gel top coat.


    Please note - This service requires professional removal.  

    All services are finished with a hot towel, lotion, and cuticle oil.

  • Nails in Bloom does not infill work from other salons - please ensure you are booking a removal and an initial structured gel manicure if you currently have product on your nails from another salon. 


    During an infill, your previous colour from your structured manicure applied at Nails in Bloom is removed, detailed cuticle prep is carried out and your nails are reshaped and the new nail that has grown out is buffed. 

    Structured gel base is reapplied, and then gel colour polish of your choice, followed by a gel top coat.


    This service should get you 3-4 weeks out of your manicure, provided you follow the aftercare instructions that you are given. 


    Please note - this service requires professional removal. 


    All services are finished with a hot towel, lotion, and cuticle oil.

  • This service is for a basic gel manicure, perfect for if you are getting a one-off set of nails for an occasion, or your natural nails do not require any extra strength and structure.


    If you have weak nails of any length, or long natural nails, a structured gel manicure would be a better option for you.  


    Gel manicure involves detailed cuticle prep, shaping and buffing of your natural nails and then application of a gel base coat, gel colour polish of your choice followed by a gel top coat.

    Provided you are following the aftercare instructions that are given at your appointment, you should be able to get up to 2-3 weeks out of a gel manicure. 

    All services are finished with a hot towel, lotion, and cuticle oil.

  • Removal of previous gel manicure applied by Nails in Bloom followed by a fresh application of gel polish. This service does not provide any extra strength or structure to your nails. 


    Previous gel manicure is gently removed, and then detailed cuticle work is carried out, your natural nails are shaped and buffed, then a gel base coat is applied, followed by a gel colour polish of your choice and a gel top coat. 


    Provided you are following the aftercare instructions that are given at your appointment, you should be able to get up to 2-3 weeks out of a gel manicure. 


    All services are finished with a hot towel, lotion, and cuticle oil.

  • If you are after some extra length this is for you!

    Nails are buffed and cuticles pushed back and tidied before soft gel extensions are applied and painted with your choice of colour.

    These are full cover extensions, which means they are attached to the whole of your nail and not just to the tip. They are strong and great for a one-off set of nails as they can easily be soaked off as they are a fully gel product.

    These extensions can also be infilled with builder gel, if you are returning with a set of extensions DONE BY ME, please select a gel extension infill.

    If you currently have anything on your nails done by another nail tech, please select a removal alongside this service.

  • Current gel extensions are filed to remove the bulk of the product and then infilled and re-structured with builder gel to provide the strength and support required followed with application of colour of your choice.

    PLEASE NOTE - This service is only for infilling work that has been done by me. If you have extensions from elsewhere, please select removal + gel extensions.

  • Don't want any polish on your nails, but want them tidied up? This is for you. Natural nails are filed and shaped, cuticles are pushed back and tidied with an e-file before nails are buffed to a shine. Finished with cuticle oil, and a hot towel.

  • Level 4 art is FROM $7.50 per nail (complexity dependent) and includes:

    - watercolour art

    - characters

    - encapsulated confetti/flowers

  • For if you're feeling brave or you can't decide what you want... You can choose the colour (if you want), but I get to choose the art!

    This service includes up to $50 worth of nail art for $30.

  • This is perfect for you if you know that you want the detailed hand painted nail art, but don't know what exactly it is that you want. You can choose the colour scheme if you would like, or come in with absolutely no requests and be completely surprised!

    This service includes up to $75 worth of nail art.

  • If you are coming with gel polish from another salon, please select this option alongside your gel manicure. Involves a gentle soak off or file off of gel polish to remove, cuticle prep and gentle buff of your nails to prepare for your fresh manicure.

  • If you have acrylic/SNS on from another salon, please select this option alongside you manicure booking. Involves a gentle soak off or file off of your current product, followed by cuticle prep and a gentle buff of your nail to prepare for your new manicure.

  • Gentle soak off or file off of your gel polish, followed by a cuticle tidy, shape and buff to bring your nails up to a shine to finish.

  • Gentle soak off or file off of your acrylic or SNS products, followed by a cuticle tidy, shape, and buff to bring your nails to a shine to finish.

REMOVALS

EXTRAS + ADD-ONS

  • Please ensure you are adding this to your booking if you are making your initial appointment with Nails in Bloom, this allows us the time required to go over any of your concerns that you may have, find out what your nail goals are, discuss product options, and cover off our consultation form that we have in salon.

  • Don’t feel like talking and just want to come to your appointment and chill? Add the silent appointment option to your booking and aside from the questions that need to be asked (shape, design, length, and the important one of if you are happy), we can just vibe together in silence.

  • If your nails extend more than 4mm from the end of your finger tips, please add this on to your booking. This is because the longer length requires the use of more product and time for structuring to ensure you get your 3-4 week wear without breakages.

  • Add on for structured gel infills - Please add this to your booking if it has been over 4 weeks since your last appointment at Nails in Bloom.

    This is because there is more time and product that is required for infilling nails that are over 4 weeks. It is not recommended that you keep your structured manicure for longer than 3-4 weeks as you are more prone to breaks and cracks as they start to get too heavy at the tips.

  • Reapplication of base/colour between appointments.

    This is only for the gel product repair, length is not added for a broken nail with this option.

    Please note - if detailed art is required to be re-done, this will be charged accordingly as per standard art prices. Please ensure to add a note if art is required so that time can be allocated for that.

  • Had a nail break in between appointments?

    This is for you! Extension is formed with builder gel or a soft gel extension is applied, to repair the broken nail so that it matches the others, and polish is reapplied.

    Please note - if detailed art is required to be re-done, this will be charged accordingly as per standard art prices. Please ensure to add a note if art is required so that time can be allocated for that.

Mobile bookings can be arranged for group bookings such as bridal parties, or corporate events within Auckland. 2 people or more are required for a group booking. Travel costs apply, and bookings are subject to availability.

GROUP BOOKINGS + TRAVEL

CUSTOM HANDPAINTED PRESS-ON NAIL KITS

Hand painted press-on nail kits are available from Nails in Bloom. These are perfect if you would like nails for a special occasion, but do not want to commit to a manicure and removal booking.

Kits start from $70 + postage, and include a sizing kit which is sent to you to get the perfect fit for your set of nails. A deposit of $10 is required prior to sizing kit being sent to you, and if the sizing kit is returned, $5 is deducted from the final cost of your press-on set.

Due to the fact that these nail sets are entirely hand painted for you, at least 3 weeks notice is required for ordering to allow for the sizing kit to be sent, and then the set of nails completed and sent to you.
